As a POC, you will automatically set to be emailed notifications of new Building Better Caregiver Self-referrals. You have the option to turn on email notifications to other staff members at your site location to assist with adjudicating referrals when you are on vacation/leave or if you need more assistance.
To turn on email notifications for other CSPs staff members at your location:
- Log in https://referral.buildingbettercaregivers.org
- Go to your "CSP at Location"
- Check box "New Referral Notification" box next to the staff member you wish to get notification.
Once activated, that staff member selected will also receive a notification to check their "Referrals at location". Self-referrals will still be associated with your name as POC but are still available to other CSP's to adjudicate the eligibility.
