Several things can go wrong with doing a password reset. We try to cover the things to ensure you get your password reset instructions and are able to change to a new password.
1. When you visit the https://referral.buildingbettercaregivers.org/users/password/new in the referral tool and enter your email address and summit. You have 5 minutes from that time to open the email, click on the link and successfully change your password.
2. Ensure your password is set to meet security requirements
Please use: 8 characters minimum, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 digit and 1 special character
3. Do not try to open the password reset email twice. If you make a mistake the first time, simply visit https://referral.buildingbettercaregivers.org/users/password/new and submit your email again. Wait for the new email to arrive and reset.
