Please submit your request to your VISN CSP lead. Only the VISN CSP lead may request the Building Better Caregivers administers to change the designated POC for a VA Site.
Your VISN Lead can then email va@buildingbettercaregivers.org or call us at 1-844-516-1438 during business hours (M-F 9am to 5pm PST), with their request.
