I made a referral for caregiver before. How do I check their status?

If you want to check to see if a caregiver has enrolled after creating or reviewing a referral for them in the CSP Referral Tool. 

1. Go to the CSP Referral Tool log in https://referral.buildingbettercaregivers.org/
2. In "Referrals at Location" or "My Referrals", you may search by either Carma ID, Email, or Last Name.  Please note: I recommend searching by Last Name of the caregiver, as this will ensure a more complete search and not missing any referrals in the results.
3. "Workshop Status" and "Assigned Date" will give you information of caregiver's workshop status.
4. If you find the caregiver wants to re-enroll because its been more then a year or if they have missed a previous workshop, do NOT re-enter the referral.  There is a re-enrollment process that should be followed, please see New Caregiver Re-enrollment Process
