If a caregiver has missed their 1st 2 weeks of the workshop, we send periodic reminders to join a new upcoming workshop.
After a year has passed since their last workshop, regardless of participation, we begin the re-enrollment process. It begins by our support team emailing the caregiver an invitation to join again and verify their current phone number and VA location.
Once caregiver has completed the above mentioned, the POC and any delegated staff at that locatoin, will get an email notification of their "re-enrollment eligibility" interest. Please follow the instruction below
- Please log into Building Better Caregivers™ (BBC) Referral tool
- Visit "Priority Referrals" tab
- Select "view/edit" on the caregiver's referral
- For all the resulting referrals, please add the Caregiver Type and, where applicable, the CARMA ID
- Please re-evaluated these referrals to see if they are still active in the Caregiver Support Program
